Directions to DBK Nursing Rehabilitation:
DBK Nursing is conveniently located off routes 128 and 24,
approximately ten miles south of Boston.
From Boston and Points North:
Take 1-93 S. Bear right onto I-93 S toward Dedham.
Take exit 5A (RT. 28 S.) toward Randolph.
Merge onto MA-28 for 2.8 miles until you see Diauto Drive on your right.
Turn right onto Diauto Drive and DBK Nursing is the second
building on the left.
From Cape Cod and Points South of Boston:
Take RT. 3 N to I-93 S toward Dedham. Take Exit 5A (RT. 28 S)
toward Randolph.
Merge onto MA-28 for 2.8 miles until you see Diauto Dr. on right side.
Take right turn.
DBK Nursing is the second building on the left.
From West of Boston:
Take RT. 90 (Mass Turnpike) East to RT. 128 S
(Signs will state "to 95 S & I-93 N")
Follow signs to I-93 N. (Do not follow I-95 S toward Providence).
Take RT. 24 N to RT. 139 E exit 20A toward Randolph.
Continue to follow MA-139 E approximately 1.3 miles.
Turn right onto N. Main St/MA-139/MA-28 for 0.1 miles.
Turn right onto Diauto Dr. End at 42 Diauto Drive which is the
second building
on left.
From South West of Boston:
Take RT. 24 N to RT. 139 E Randolph exit (20A).
Stay on 139 E toward
Randolph for 1.3 miles.
Turn right onto N. Main St/MA-139/MA-28 for 0.1 miles.
Turn right onto Diauto Dr. End at 42 Diauto Dr. which is the
second building on left.
